Practical information for your stay at Dalla Pia.
Check-in and Access
Self check-in is available. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM. You will receive all the necessary information upon arrival.
Important — Use of appliances
To prevent a power outage, please do not use multiple appliances at the same time (e.g., washer + oven + dryer). Use only one appliance at a time. After each cycle, please clean the dryer filter and empty the water tank (you'll find instructions on the table). The electric panel is located behind the door in the hallway.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi credentials will be provided upon arrival.
Waste sorting
Spello follows a strict recycling policy. Please sort your waste properly (plastic, paper, organic, glass, etc.). In the courtyard you'll find the bins for paper, general waste, and plastic. Across the street, just outside the gate, there are bins for glass and organic waste. You'll find trash bags in the cupboard under the kitchen sink.
