When you browse the site we do not use a contact form built into this application. If you phone us, email us, or message us via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (for example your name, contact details, and the content of your message).

If you opt in to statistics cookies, Vercel Web Analytics may process technical and usage data such as page views, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and similar metrics as described in Vercel’s documentation.

We may process basic server or security logs through our hosting provider.

We use your contact details to respond to enquiries and manage bookings — typically on the basis of steps prior to a contract or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interests in operating a small rental business (Article 6(1)(f)), as appropriate.

We use optional analytics only if you consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, ePrivacy rules). Essential operation of the site and storing your cookie choice in your browser rely on your consent for the preference storage or legitimate interests / strictly necessary exemptions as determined by your counsel.

The site may store your cookie preferences in your browser (for example in localStorage) so we do not ask you on every visit.

If you accept statistics, Vercel Web Analytics may set or read cookies or similar technologies — confirm the current behaviour in your live site and in Vercel’s docs, and list any named cookies here after review.

External links (for example to WhatsApp or Wikimedia-hosted images opened in a new tab) are governed by those services’ own policies.

We use Vercel to host the site and, when enabled, to provide Web Analytics. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Vercel offers appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses; details are in their DPA and privacy materials.

Other recipients include your email and messaging providers when you choose to contact us through those channels.

Enquiry and booking correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the rental relationship, legal obligations, and legitimate business records — define concrete periods with your lawyer.

Analytics data retention follows Vercel’s settings and documentation.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
